Team Workshop Package includes:
1:1 Virtual 30 Minute Coach Session: A Hive mindset trainer will work directly with the team coaches, providing specific mindset skills and growth strategies for achieving team goals.
Virtual 30 min Group Parent Session: Understand how to best support your athlete’s growth and development - both on and off the field.
Team Training Sessions: Enhance the team’s cohesion, cultivate healthy communication, and optimize performance. Get a personalized 60-minute training session tailored to the team’s needs and goals.
Potential topics for training include:
Cultivating unwavering athletic confidence.
Harnessing emotional control in competitive situations.
Boost motivation and drive towards excellence.
Mental skills training to enhance focus and resilience.
Managing performance anxiety
Communication skills training to enhance interaction with coaches and teammates.
How to balance athletics with other commitments.
Support for transitioning to the next level of competition including tryouts and recruitment.
Due to the demanding schedules of coaches, parents, and athletes services are offered virtually in addition to in-person for local clients.

We are committed to providing high-quality mindset training that delivers real results. Due to the nature of our services:
1:1 training sessions are non-refundable once completed. However, if you need to reschedule, we require at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a session charge.
Workshops & team trainings require a deposit to secure your spot. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.
