Sessions are scheduled every 2 weeks for 6 weeks.

BONUS 30-minute Team Session to introduce key mindset concepts, build excitement, and create team-wide buy-in for lasting impact.

Due to the demanding schedules of coaches, parents, and athletes services are offered virtually in addition to in-person for local clients.
